Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please fill out the returns form and return this with the item. Items must be in their full complete packaging and be unused, unworn and unwashed. Please take care as they need to be returned in a saleable condition.

Please use a tracked service, unfortunately The Birdcage can not be responsible for returns that are lost on their way back. Tracked items will allow you to make a claim via the courier provider.

Return postage is at the customer's cost, all returned orders will have the original postage charge deducted from the refund or credit amount (even those orders that qualified for free shipping).

Once your returned purchase has been received at The Birdcage HQ it will be checked to ensure it is in original, unused condition and all packaging is included, a credit or refund will be issued, or a replacement item will be sent out.
