FLOWERS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
If you receive your item and it is not quite right and was not ON SALE, please contact us by email if you are wishing to return. We will then be in touch to proceed depending on the requirements.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchasing. Items must be in their full complete packaging and be unused, unworn and unwashed. Please take care as they need to be returned in a saleable condition. If they are not, we may choose not to accept your return. 

Sale items are NOT eligible for return. They are final sale.

Please use a tracked service, unfortunately The Birdcage cannot be responsible for returns that are lost on their way back. Tracked items will allow you to make a claim via the courier provider.

Return postage is at the customer's cost - all returned orders will have the original postage charge deducted from the refund or credit amount (even those orders that qualified for free shipping).

Once your returned purchase has been received at The Birdcage it will be checked to ensure it is in original, unused condition and all packaging is included, a credit or refund will be issued, or a replacement item will be sent out. 

EXCHANGES - Where possible we will do our best to exchange and when an exchange can be made, eg for a different size, an additional DELIVERY COST may be charged, regardless of Free freight if your original order was eligible for this.

REFUNDS - If you are eligible for a Refund, this will be issued minus the cost of your postage.
