WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Areas we deliver to are below with their cut off time information
- All orders are operated on an 'authority to leave' system. If the recipient isn't home the flowers will be left in an appropriate area. We always suggest that you check that someone will be home at some stage (eg. Not away for the weekend).
ALWAYS leave us your phone number and the recipients phone number if you have it, incase there is any problems (eg. There is a gate, wrong number/address, there is a dog etc). Please answer your phone, Thank you in advance
- Local deliveries are done by us, that is why we only deliver within 5kms of the shop. Our delivery 'window' is usually within 10am and 2pm (roughly)
- Our courier - We use an urgent same day service we cannot specify what time your order will be delivered. BUT the earlier you order the better
- Rural delivery - These are done by specific drivers in the Waipa area on their postal run. Usually most of these are done by lunch time or early afternoon
- We get fresh stock from the market and growers 3x times a week, meaning you are getting the freshest and best quality available. Please trust us to create something beautiful for you
